Our company owns and manages three websites with resources for elementary school teachers. We're looking for a hard-working, experienced customer relations associate for a full-time position in our Tonawanda, NY office.

Our office is located in the City of Tonawanda. We currently have a dozen in-house employees, including IT professionals, graphic artists, writers, customer support and sales staff. We are proud to be a small, but growing Western New York business.

Our company owns and manages three websites with resources for elementary school teachers. We're looking for a hard-working, experienced customer relations associate for a full-time position in our Tonawanda, NY office.
If you are chosen for this job, you will be asked handle customer relations via phone, e-mail, and postal mail, as well as a variety of other office-related tasks.
If chosen for this position, you will be responsible for:
- answering the phone and handling technical support issues, billing questions, pricing questions, and other questions about our products and services from customers
- answering daily emails related to technical support issues, billing questions, pricing questions, and other questions about our products and services
- setting up new customer accounts and processing orders from customers
- communicating with customers to let them know the status of their accounts and orders
- helping with a variety of other office-related tasks, such as marketing mailings, proofreading, scanning, paperwork, filing, etc.
Necessary job requirements:
- professional, cheerful attitude when communicating with customers and coworkers
- excellent written communication skills
- comfortable making and receiving phone calls
- experience working in an office environment
- high level of computer literacy
- experience with Microsoft Office suite or equivalent basics (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email clients preferred
Pay & Benefits:
- Salary: Approximately $44,000; Negotiable
- Health insurance (available to full-time employees)
- 16 paid holidays per year (including many school holidays)
- Paid vacation time
- 401(k) with match, after 1 year of employment
