We're looking for a hard-working, personable individual to perform inside sales duties, primarily for our K-5 math practice program, I Know It (iknowit.com). Candidate will have experience handling both incoming and outgoing phone calls.

Our office is located in the City of Tonawanda. We currently have a dozen in-house employees, including IT professionals, graphic artists, writers, customer support and sales staff. We are proud to be a small, but growing Western New York business.

We're looking for a hard-working, personable individual to perform inside sales duties, primarily for our K-5 math practice program, I Know It (iknowit.com). Candidate will have experience handling both incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Reponsibilities include:
- Maintaining and growing account base through proper balance of customer support and prospecting phone calls.
- Establishing relationships with past school contacts / buyers to promote future sales.
- Processing requests for price quotes and trial subscriptions.
- Responding promptly to customer requests for assistance, literature and quotes to establish a high standard of service.
- Achieving quarterly sales goals and quotas.
- Participating in teacher webinar sales presentations and product trainings.
- Managing time effectively and judiciously.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year inside sales experience
- Superior communication skills - both verbal and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or equivalent basics (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Desire for performance-driven bonus compensation
- Strong academic background; quick learner; astute
Preferred:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
