Our company owns and manages three websites with resources for elementary school teachers. We're looking for a hard-working, personable individual to perform inside sales duties, primarily for our K-5 math practice program, I Know It (iknowit.com). Candidate will have experience handling both incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Maintaining and growing account base through proper balance of customer support and prospecting phone calls.
Establishing relationships with past school contacts / buyers to promote future sales.
Processing requests for price quotes and trial subscriptions.
Responding promptly to customer requests for assistance, literature and quotes to establish a high standard of service.
Achieving quarterly sales goals and quotas.
Participating in teacher webinar sales presentations and product trainings.
Managing time effectively and judiciously.
Minimum of one year inside sales experience
Superior communication skills - both verbal and written
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or equivalent basics (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desire for performance-driven bonus compensation
Strong academic background; quick learner; astute
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
